Terms for ordering and using gift cards (distance contract)

• General provisions

1.1. These terms for ordering and using gift cards (the "Terms") give information on buying and using the gift cards offered by SIA "Sport & Travel Service" (the "Seller") on the website www.latvianhorses.lv (Young Riders School). These Terms are a distance contract between the Seller and the person named in clause 5.1 of these Terms (the "Buyer"); the Seller and the Buyer together are the "Parties".

1.2. Gift cards are issued so that Buyers or users can pay for the services of SIA "Sport & Travel Service". Gift cards are not intended to be exchanged for cash.

1.4. These Terms may be amended as set out in section 6 of these Terms. We recommend reviewing the Terms each time you place an order to make sure of the conditions that apply. Last amended on 04.11.2026.

• About the Seller

2.1. These Terms apply when ordering and buying gift cards on the website www.latvianhorses.lv. The Seller is SIA "Sport & Travel Service", a limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia, reg. No. 40103993666, VAT No. LV40103993666, registered address: "Jaunzustrenes", Inčukalns parish, Sigulda municipality, LV-2141.

• About the product

3.1. Based on the Buyer's orders on the website, the Seller sells gift cards intended for paying for the services of SIA "Sport & Travel Service".

3.2. The Seller offers gift cards worth EUR 30, EUR 50 and EUR 100, as well as cards of any value chosen by the Buyer from EUR 30.

3.3. A gift card can be used at the Young Riders School, Inčukalns, "Zustrenes", to pay for the services provided by SIA "Sport & Travel Service".

3.4. A gift card has a limited period of validity of no more than 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the card and is not extended or renewed. After it expires, the Buyer and the card user lose any claim against the Seller and the remaining balance is cancelled.

3.5. A gift card can be used in full or in part. An unused balance is not paid out in cash; it can only be used to pay for services at the Young Riders School.

3.6. A gift card can be used together with other means of payment - a payment card or cash.

3.7. At the Buyer's choice, the gift card is issued electronically or on paper.

3.8. A gift card cannot be exchanged for money, either during its period of validity or after it.

• Price and payment

4.1. Gift card prices are shown on www.latvianhorses.lv.

4.2. Gift cards can be paid for with a payment (credit or debit) card.

4.3. The gift card is prepared once the order is completed on the website and the Seller has received confirmation that the payment has reached its bank account.

• Conclusion of the contract

5.1. Gift cards can be bought on this website by:

  • a) natural persons aged 18 or over;
  • b) legal persons.

5.2. By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer confirms that they are entitled to place orders on this website.

5.3. The ordering procedure set by the Seller lets the Buyer check and correct any errors before submitting the final order. We recommend checking each step carefully.

5.4. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer has entered all the required information, chosen a gift card, given their name, surname or company name, e-mail and delivery method (and a delivery address for a printed card), confirmed they agree to the Terms, pressed "Pay with EveryPay" and paid for it. If the order is not paid, no contract is concluded.

5.5. After payment, the Seller sends the Buyer an e-mail confirming that the order has been received.

5.6. If electronic delivery is chosen, the gift card is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address within 1 (one) day of payment.

5.7. If the paper form is chosen, the Seller posts the gift card to the address in Latvia given by the Buyer within 5 (five) working days of payment.

5.8. Every contract concluded (order) is recorded and kept in the website's database.

• Right to amend the Terms

6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms, including in connection with:

  • a) changes to the payment terms;
  • b) changes to the applicable legislation.

6.2. Each time a Contract is concluded, the version of the Terms in force on the day the Contract is concluded applies.

6.3. When amending the Terms, the Seller informs the Buyer on its website, stating the date of the amendment in clause 1.4.

• Processing of personal data

7.1.
